Meet the Instructor
Cannetta Bradford
Founder, Program Director & Instructor of Cannettic Energy
Cannetta Bradford is the founder and Program Director of Cannettic Energy, a youth enrichment company serving schools, homeschool communities, families, recreation programs, camps, senior facilities, and community partners throughout North County San Diego.
Cannetta has spent more than 20 years teaching dance, fitness, gymnastics, creative movement, body conditioning, flexibility, choreography, and youth enrichment.
Her professional background includes serving as a dance and fitness instructor at the University of San Diego and as a full-time Fitness Specialist at The Golden Door in Escondido.
Her experience in movement instruction, physical fitness, youth development, choreography, acro-inspired movement, and progressive skill building allows her to create classes that are structured, energetic, encouraging, and accessible to students with different learning styles and levels of experience.
Cannetta is also a longtime homeschooling mother and educator. Through her own family’s homeschool journey, she has developed a firsthand understanding of the importance of flexible learning environments, meaningful enrichment opportunities, community connection, and programs that allow children to grow both academically and personally.
In 2023, Cannetta founded Cannettic Energy to expand access to high-quality youth enrichment programs. Cannettic Energy now provides opportunities in gymnastics, dance, STEAM, robotics, multi-sports, creative arts, leadership, fitness, running clubs, camps, and additional customized enrichment experiences.
Cannetta personally develops, organizes, and teaches programs designed to help students discover new interests, build confidence, develop friendships, strengthen their skills, and experience the joy of learning through movement and creativity.
Her teaching philosophy is centered on creating safe, joy-filled spaces where children feel seen, supported, encouraged, and excited to participate.
She believes students thrive when they are given clear instruction, positive reinforcement, meaningful challenges, and opportunities to celebrate progress—not just perfection.
In CEnergy Gymnastics, Cannetta combines professional movement instruction with her passion for encouraging young people. She carefully introduces skills through safe, readiness-based progressions while helping students develop perseverance, coordination, confidence, strength, and pride in their accomplishments.
Whether a student is attempting a gymnastics skill for the very first time or working toward a more advanced goal, Cannetta’s desire is for every child to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of the courage they demonstrated.
Cannetta is excited to serve The Legacy Alliance families and looks forward to welcoming students into the CEnergy Gymnastics community!
