Throughout the week, students will spend their days learning, practicing, and polishing gymnastics skills while working toward a special Family Gymnastics Showcase Performance on Friday.
🎉 Spots are limited and students must be registered by June 17 to be included on our camp roster.

Cardio + Field Games: 9:45-10:00 Breakout Activities Begin: 10:00
Pick-Up: 2:00 PM
WHAT TO BRING:
• Packed lunch + snacks
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen (applied before camp + packed for reapplication)
• Closed-toe shoes + socks (optional: hat for sun protection)
• Comfortable athletic clothing (shorts/leggings/pants required—no dresses or skirts please)
T-SHIRT PICK-UP 🎽
Camp Thrive shirts are REQUIRED daily for safety, team spirit, and that full CEnergy neon glow.
Pick-up options:
• During after-school programs
• July 17th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 on campus (Coastal Academy)
• First day of camp: 9:00–9:30 AM at check-in
Each camper receives one color-coded shirt based on their activity group.
Additional shirts are available as an add-on during registration or through our CEnergy Active Wear line on our website.
FUN FRIDAY 💦
Fridays = Water Party Day!
We’re bringing out the water balloons, water blasters, and BIG laughs.
Please pack:
• A change of clothes
• A towel for the car ride home (because nobody likes a surprise puddle on their seat 😄)
