Service Description
Cannettic Energy offers a unique after-school enrichment program called Zen Zone, led by a Licensed Occupational Therapist. This class is designed for Coastal Academy families. Zen Zone provides a fun and relaxing environment for students to unwind while receiving personalized support tailored to their individual needs. This program will have a smaller group size to ensure students receive the instruction and support they need. Participants will engage in goal-setting and therapeutic activities, fostering creativity and well-being, making it the perfect enrichment opportunity for your child. Our Occupational Therapist will customize activities based on our students needs and support each student. Zen Zone is the ultimate after-school experience for students in grades 4–8 who need a moment to reset, recharge, and thrive. This yoga-inspired class is more than stretching—it’s a mind-body sensory experience designed to help students manage stress, improve focus, and feel empowered for school success. Zen Zone combines yoga-based movement, sensory regulation activities, mindfulness games, and calming strategies that kids can use every day. The goal? To support emotional balance, improve attention, and build confidence—all while having fun in a safe, supportive space. In Zen Zone, students will: ✔ Explore fun, age-appropriate yoga flows for strength and flexibility ✔ Practice mindfulness and breathing techniques for focus and calm ✔ Learn sensory tools for emotional regulation and school success ✔ Develop resilience, self-awareness, and positive coping strategies Zen Zone isn’t just a class—it’s a life skill toolkit delivered through movement, creativity, and fun! · Instructor: Julie Myers, OTR/L, CBIS, CAIP Give your child the gift of balance. Enroll now and watch them thrive! Grades 4th–8th. 13 Classes Find Your Focus, Build Your Balance—Welcome to Zen Zone! Important Details: Students will meet outside near the field for a 5-Star Student ID check-in before heading to their activity with their Cannettic Energy Instructor (room 158). After class, students will be walked to the front of the school for pick-up at 3:30 PM. Please plan for on-time arrival, as our instructors often teach back-to-back classes and appreciate your support in keeping the day running smoothly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Pick-Up Policy We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help. To cancel or make changes to a session, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We’re happy to transfer your student into another program if space is available. Once a session has begun and the first class has taken place, we are unable to provide refunds. Supplies, staffing, and materials are carefully planned and purchased based on registered students. If a class does not meet the minimum of five students, it may be cancelled. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer into another available class that meets the minimum requirement. Please also review our on-campus pick-up policy: families are expected to arrive on time for dismissal. Our instructors often teach back-to-back classes and have other work commitments, so thank you for respecting their time. Schools close shortly after classes end, leaving only a brief window for pick-up. If a staff member must remain on site with a child after class, a $1 per minute late pick-up fee will apply to cover extended staffing.
