Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY We understand that summer plans can shift, and we always aim to support our families whenever possible. • Camp Thrive Cancellation & Transfer Policy Camp Thrive requires significant advance planning, including staffing commitments, instructor scheduling, supply purchases, and custom color-coded T-shirt ordering for each registered camper. All cancellation requests must be submitted on or before June 1, 2026. • Cancellations requested on or before June 1, 2026 may receive a refund minus a $35 administrative fee per camper. • No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026. • Transfers to another Camp Thrive session may be offered if space is available. If an unexpected situation arises after the deadline, we are happy to explore transfer options when availability allows. Thank you for understanding that thoughtful planning protects the quality of every camper’s experience. PARENT VOLUNTEERS & CHAPERONES (We Love You Already!) Camp Thrive is at its very best when our community shows up together, and we LOVE having parent volunteers and chaperones join the fun. Your presence adds support, encouragement, and that extra layer of positive energy that makes camp special. If you would like to volunteer or chaperone, please review the following requirements: Live Scan fingerprint clearance is required for all volunteers and chaperones on campus. Clearance must be completed and approved prior to participation. • Volunteers must register separately (FREE) so we can properly plan staffing, group assignments, and campus access. • A Camp Thrive T-shirt and Lanyard are required for all volunteers and chaperones. • Volunteer T-shirt fee: $18. Adult shirt size must be selected during registration. Because we operate on school campuses and prioritize the safety of every camper, all volunteers must meet clearance requirements. This ensures a secure, trusted, and well-supervised environment for our students. Our color-coded shirts help campers easily recognize trusted adults, support smooth transitions, and maintain clear supervision throughout the day. When you wear your CEnergy shirt, you are officially part of the Crew.
