Service Description
Churros & Chat: A Sweet Start to Spanish (Grades 4–8) ¡Hola, amigos! Ready to spice up your after-school routine? Join Cannettic Energy’s Churros & Chat — a fun and flavorful Intro to Spanish experience designed especially for students in grades 4–8! This engaging program goes beyond vocabulary lists — it’s about connecting language, culture, and creativity in an upbeat, relaxed environment where students feel confident to explore and express themselves. Taught by our native Spanish-speaking instructor from Perú, each class combines interactive conversation, games, music, storytelling, and cultural activities that bring Spanish to life. Students will build practical language skills through fun, real-world practice — greeting friends, ordering food, describing their world, and more. We’ll also sprinkle in some cultural flavor — from Latin music and art projects to occasional churro celebrations (because learning is sweeter when it’s fun!). By the end of the 13-week session, students will walk away saying “¡Sí, hablo español!” with pride — and with new friendships, confidence, and curiosity for the Spanish-speaking world. Important Details: Students will meet outside near the field for a 5-Star Student ID check-in before heading to their activity with their Cannettic Energy Spanish Instructor. After class, students will be walked to the front of the school for pick-up at 3:45 PM. Please plan for on-time arrival, as our instructors often teach back-to-back classes and appreciate your support in keeping the day running smoothly. “Where every class is fun, every friend is a win, and every laugh lasts a lifetime with Cannettic Energy!”

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Pick-Up Policy We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help. To cancel or make changes to a session, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We’re happy to transfer your student into another program if space is available. Once a session has begun and the first class has taken place, we are unable to provide refunds. Supplies, staffing, and materials are carefully planned and purchased based on registered students. If a class does not meet the minimum of five students, it may be cancelled. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer into another available class that meets the minimum requirement. Please also review our on-campus pick-up policy: families are expected to arrive on time for dismissal. Our instructors often teach back-to-back classes and have other work commitments, so thank you for respecting their time. Schools close shortly after classes end, leaving only a brief window for pick-up. If a staff member must remain on site with a child after class, a $1 per minute late pick-up fee will apply to cover extended staffing.
