Service Description
CAMP THRIVE 2026 at Coastal Academy! Get ready for an action-packed, joy-filled summer. Hosted by Cannettic Energy, Camp Thrive is more than a summer camp, it’s a place where friendships are formed, confidence is ignited, and memories are made that last far beyond the summer. Our mission is simple, and powerful: To create a safe, high-energy environment where kids feel seen, supported, and excited to show up every single day. From dynamic sports and movement to creative performing arts and hands-on STEAM exploration, each day at Camp Thrive is intentionally designed to help kids grow, connect, and have an absolute blast. CHOOSE YOUR THRIVE EXPERIENCE During registration, families will register one student at a time, pick a T-shirt size and select one of the following activity tracks: 1️⃣ Multi-Sports (Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Flag Football, Pickleball, Kickball and more!) T-shirt Color: Neon Green 2️⃣ Fusion (Gymnastics, Cheer, Dance) T-shirt Color: Neon Pink 3️⃣ S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) & Our Leadership To Thrive Course T-shirt Color: Neon Blue One Camp Thrive T-Shirt is included with registration! Campers must wear their designated color-coded shirt daily for easy group identification. Additional T-Shirt Add-ons are available during registration. 🎒 What to Bring: To keep your camper happy, safe, and ready for action, please pack: A packed lunch, healthy snacks and water Sunscreen (applied before camp & for reapplication) Hat (optional, for extra sun protection) Socks & close-toed shoes (required for safety) Any necessary medications (given to a manager at check-in) Allergy information & special note (must be noted during registration) (Please no dresses or skirts unless paired with leggings or shorts) MORNING KICK-OFF Every morning at 9:30 AM, the entire Camp Thrive crew comes together for Cardio Time, our high-energy warm-up that gets bodies moving, confidence rising, and smiles glowing. After team challenges and field games, campers transition at 10:00 AM into their registered activity track (Multi-Sports, Fusion, or STEAM + Leadership) to dive into the day’s fun. RUNNING LATE? Please buzz in at the front lobby after 9:30 AM and we will help your camper join smoothly. DAILY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT For safety, all campers must be signed in daily between 9:00–9:30 AM and signed out at 2:00 PM at the entrance doors. READY TO THRIVE? Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY We understand that summer plans can shift, and we always aim to support our families whenever possible. • Camp Thrive Cancellation & Transfer Policy Camp Thrive requires significant advance planning, including staffing commitments, instructor scheduling, supply purchases, and custom color-coded T-shirt ordering for each registered camper. All cancellation requests must be submitted on or before June 1, 2026. • Cancellations requested on or before June 1, 2026 may receive a refund minus a $35 administrative fee per camper. • No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026. • Transfers to another Camp Thrive session may be offered if space is available. If an unexpected situation arises after the deadline, we are happy to explore transfer options when availability allows. Thank you for understanding that thoughtful planning protects the quality of every camper’s experience. PARENT VOLUNTEERS & CHAPERONES (We Love You Already!) Camp Thrive is at its very best when our community shows up together, and we LOVE having parent volunteers and chaperones join the fun. Your presence adds support, encouragement, and that extra layer of positive energy that makes camp special. If you would like to volunteer or chaperone, please review the following requirements: Live Scan fingerprint clearance is required for all volunteers and chaperones on campus. Clearance must be completed and approved prior to participation. • Volunteers must register separately (FREE) so we can properly plan staffing, group assignments, and campus access. • A Camp Thrive T-shirt and Lanyard are required for all volunteers and chaperones. • Volunteer T-shirt fee: $18. Adult shirt size must be selected during registration. Because we operate on school campuses and prioritize the safety of every camper, all volunteers must meet clearance requirements. This ensures a secure, trusted, and well-supervised environment for our students. Our color-coded shirts help campers easily recognize trusted adults, support smooth transitions, and maintain clear supervision throughout the day. When you wear your CEnergy shirt, you are officially part of the Crew.
